Everything visual lives on the Design tab of Cookie banner. The preview beside it is drawn by the same code that runs on your storefront, on desktop and mobile, so what you see is what your visitors get.
Layout and position
- Box — a compact card in a corner, bottom centre, or the middle of the screen.
- Bar — a full-width strip along the top or bottom.
- Window — a centred dialog that asks for a choice before the visitor continues.
You can adjust the space from the edge of the screen, and pick an entrance animation: fade, slide, zoom or grow.
Colours, buttons and type
- Colour theme — light, dark or custom. Custom lets you set the background, heading and text colours and each button separately.
- Brand colours — pulls the colours from your published theme so you can apply them in one click.
- Buttons — square, rounded, pill-shaped or an exact corner radius.
- Font family — use your theme's font, the system font, or Helvetica, Georgia, Verdana or a monospace font. No external fonts are downloaded.
Note: The editor checks colour contrast as you go and warns when text would be hard to read, or when the Reject button is made less visible than Accept — something regulators look for.
